SIPRI’s general policies on granting permission for the use of the non-members sections of EthicalCargo.org, photocopying of print publications, copying of digital publications and the ‘fair use’ of content and SIPRI data sets do not apply to the members-only sections of EthicalCargo.org

‘Fair use’ of SIPRI content is defined as

SIPRI grants permission to visit the non-members only sections of EthicalCargo.org and to download and copy information, data, documents, and materials from the SIPRI website for personal, non-commercial usage only, without any right to resell or redistribute them or to compile or create derivative works, subject to these terms and conditions of usage and also subject to more specific restrictions that may apply to particular information within the website. The information on the EthicalCargo.org website is provided ‘as is’ and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
